Flexible Cancellation Policy – Book with Confidence
At Rishikesh Outdoors, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a 48-hour flexible cancellation policy—so you can book your adventure with confidence.
Free Cancellation – Up to 48 Hours Before Your Trip Cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled activity, and you'll receive a full refund—no questions asked.
How It Works: Cancel 48+ hours before your trip start time → ✅ Full refund
Cancel within 48 hours → ❌ No refund (but you can reschedule subject to availability)
No-show or late arrival → ❌ No refund
Need to Reschedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate you! Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll try to move your booking to another date (subject to availability).

- A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable upon arrival or before the activity begins.

Risk Acknowledgment
Adventure activities like rafting and camping carry inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that-
- You are medically fit and free from serious health conditions.
- You understand and accept the risks involved.
- You will follow all safety instructions given by our guides.
- RishikeshOutdoors is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during any activity.
Safety Guidelines
- Life jackets and helmets are mandatory during rafting.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during activities is strictly prohibited.
- Participants under the influence will be denied participation without refund.
- Children below 14 years are not permitted for rafting (age restrictions may vary by route).
Code of Conduct at Camps
- Respect the natural environment and local communities.
- Keep noise levels low after 10 PM.
- Campfires are allowed only in designated areas.
- Littering and plastic use are discouraged. Use the bins provided.
Changes & Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer:
- Alternative dates or activities.
- Refunds (partial or full) depending on the situation.
